I wanted to repost somethings I had put on facebook and babyzone, while I was in the hospital to sort of take myself back to a year ago, just to see how far we had come! But first, I had called my nurse with our insurance, she had told me to go see the doctor, just to be safe, and boy was she right.
March 20th:
Please pray for my girls. My cervix is open 1-2 centimeters and I am leaking fluid. I am being hospitilized until they are born and not allowed to get up at all. I am not having any contractions, no labor thank God!!! Please pray our babies stay in as long as possible! Thank you!
March 22nd:
I am still dialated to 2 cm and have a buldging bag. They thought my water had broke but it hadn't thank God! So now everyday is a blessing. The longer I keep them in the better. I am on twenty four hour bed rest in the hospital, until the are born.
Thank You all so much for your thoughts and prayers, You will never know how much it means to us!
March 24th:
Got my IV out today... I am stable now and they said we will hopefully make it several more weeks! It is a great step in the right direction. I will still be in the hospital until they are born on 24 hour bed rest, but the doctors went from hoping we would wait several days to hopefully staying several weeks
What a journey! I am so thankful to everyone who prayed for us and was thinking of us during my 2 weeks in the hospital. When we arrived at 22 weeks and 4 days pregnant, the girls would have not survived. Those 2 weeks made all the difference in the world. Brings me back. Thank you everyone! xoxo
